Chef's Forum & Demo

 

From ‘Chef of Genius’ to ‘Creator of the classiest curries in the City’-- this Bombay born Parsee chef has been called many good things, but the Chef Patron of Cafe Spice Namaste, Mr Todiwala's Kitchen and The Park Café in Victoria Park East still has his feet very much on the ground…running!

 

He will be accompanied by 4 International Chefs, Chef Paul Cunningham, Chef Colin Bussey, Chef John Feeney and Pastry Chef Sarah Hartnett.

 

Demonstration by the 5 celebrity chefs will showcase each of their specialties.

This high profile forum and demo sessions are targeted at chefs of leading hotels and restaurants.

The attending chefs will get an opportunity of one on one interaction with the celebrity chefs.  

 

 

Details about the forum:

 

• Demo by Chef Cyrus Todiwala and his 4 fellow chefs will commence at 11.00am.

• Chef Cyrus will begin the show with the first demo and end with the last. 

• Entry fee will be charged.

• Chef's forum, includes question and answer sessions, interact with the chefs and get the know-how of what goes on within the evolving food market.
